Your first class is always free! If you like us and want to join, receive 1/2 off your joining fee and $20 off your first month of EFT or an 8 week pass!
To get signed up, just show up about 10 minutes early to complete a medical questionnaire/waiver and release form and our Class Managers will show you the rest! Registration is on-going. Start any time. Bring a towel, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing with good aerobic shoes.
Sammamish classes at Beaver Lake Lodge will be moved TEMPORARILY FOR THE SUMMER TO PINE LAKE COMMUNITY CENTER FROM JUNE 22ND TO SEPTEMBER 4TH 2009.
