SAMMAMISH CLASSES MOVING JANUARY 4, 2010!
Sammamish classes will be moving to Pine Lake Community Center on January 4th! New class schedule is: Mon & Fri 9:30 am and Wed 8 am - no childcare
Last class at Beaver Lake Lodge is December 31st.

Your first class is always free! If you like us and want to join, receive 1/2 off your joining fee!

To get signed up, just show up about 10 minutes early to complete a medical questionnaire/waiver and release form and our Class Managers will show you the rest! Registration is on-going. Start any time. Bring a towel, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing with good aerobic shoes.
