INTERESTED IN TRYING A CLASS?
Get started! Any class, any time. It's easy! Arrive about 5 to 10 minutes early to complete a medical questionnaire/waiver and release form and our Class Managers will show you the rest! Registration is on-going. Bring a towel, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing with good aerobic shoes. Childcare offered in Redmond at 8 am and 9:30 am classes for just $2.00 per child (any age).
